Mediterranean Layer Dip
This is a fresh and healthier take on the traditional layer dips. Play around with your favorite ingredients and make it your own. It’s more of a method than a recipe so here are the layers.
1st Layer: Hummus, Most party spreads include hummus, this dip makes it into something extra yummy. Make your own or use your favorite store bought brand.
4th Layer: Veggies, Chop up some of your favorites. I used red pepper, cherry tomatoes, cucumber and marinated artichokes.
5th Layer: Sliced Olives and Crumbled Feta Cheese, I could eat my body weight in cheese, so crumbling up a little bit of Feta rather than putting out a huge cheese board is a way to get my fix without over indulging.
