Avocado toast 2 ways
- Begin by slicing your avocado in half and mashing it with some salt, pepper and lemon, add a dash of hot sauce if you like heat. Spread your mixture on a piece of toast.
Top your toast with oven roaster tomatoes, a little goat cheese and a drizzle of honey.
I like to slow roast cherry tomatoes by piercing the skin with a sharp knife, tossing them with a little olive oil and baking them at 275 degrees for roughly an hour.
