“Bancakes” 5-Ingredient Pancakes
I started making these pancakes for my gluten free friends and then perfected it for my pancake loving husband! They’re so good and so easy to make, and somehow the consistency is perfectly fluffy and pancake-like. Hope you like them as much as I do.
- Mash up the bananas until there are no big chunks left.
- Stir in three eggs and mix until the eggs and banana are completely combined.
- Add the baking powder, vanilla extract and almond butter and whisk together until you have a smooth batter.
- Cook your bancakes like you would regular pancakes. Heat a pan or skillet prepped with non-stick spray, oil or a pat of butter on medium heat. Cook about 2 Tablespoons of batter for 2 minutes then flip and give it another 1-2 minutes on the other side. Enjoy!
