Jameson Cup Punch
I’m a sucker for any type of celebration and I can’t pass up St. Patrick’s Day but I’ve never been tempted by green beer. Enter the Jameson’s Cup, inspired by a Pimm’s cup is so good, you will want to make it year round, I know I do!
It’s a strong Whiskey drink but it’s light and full of flavor. This recipe makes a pitcher but you can easily scale down the proportions to make one cocktail at a time. You can also adjust the amount of alcohol (it packs a punch) as needed by adding more ice or more seltzer.
- In a large pitcher combine lime juice, thinly sliced lime, thinly sliced cucumber and a few sprigs of mint leaves.
- Add in Jameson, ginger ale (or ginger beer) and a splash of seltzer. Stir and serve over ice!
