Moscow Mule Jello Shots

This is a much tastier version of the jello shots my friends made in college. They’re fancy enough to serve at parties and almost too pretty to eat.

  1. Heat ginger beer and the juice of one lime in a pan.
  2. Once they are hot, whisk in your gelatin for 30 seconds to a minute.
  3. When the gelatin has dissolved, add in your vodka. I like to add  a splash of Rose’s Sweetened Lime Juice for a little extra flavor.
  4. Pour your mixture into a measuring cup or something that is easy to pour from. Pour your shots into silicone cupcake liners or an ice cube tray or even onto a sheet pan.  You can shape them later using a cookie cutter if you opt for the sheet pan.
  5. Enjoy your jello shots after refrigerating them for one hour!
