This vibrant smoothie is healthy, yummy and a perfect shade of pink for Valentine's Day!
This smoothie is so easy to make and the bright color and flavor are a great winter pick-me-up.
- In a blender combine the fresh berries and frozen berries, a little lemon juice (about half a lemon’s worth) and enough coconut water to cover the fruit. Mix them together until the smoothie is the right consistency.
- I like a tart smoothie so I often add a bit more lemon juice, but feel free to add some honey if you prefer a sweeter drink.
