Try making pumpkin granola for a healthy, homemade breakfast.
- Pour your rolled oats and steel cut oats into a large mixing bowl. Mix them with your other dry ingredients: hazelnuts, pumpkin seeds, nutmeg, cinnamon, and salt.
- In a smaller bowl, mix your wet ingredients: honey, maple syrup, vanilla extract, coconut oil, brown sugar and pumpkin puree.
- Mix the dry and wet ingredients until they are well incorporated and there are no dry bits.
- Pour your granola onto a baking sheet and cook at 300 degrees for 40 minutes. Rotate the granola after 15 minutes to make sure it cooks evenly.
