Pumpkin Granola

Try making pumpkin granola for a healthy, homemade breakfast.
Pumpkin Granola
  1. Pour your rolled oats and steel cut oats into a large mixing bowl.  Mix them with your other dry ingredients: hazelnuts, pumpkin seeds, nutmeg, cinnamon, and salt.
  2. In a smaller bowl, mix your wet ingredients: honey, maple syrup, vanilla extract, coconut oil, brown sugar and pumpkin puree.
  3. Mix the dry and wet ingredients until they are well incorporated and there are no dry bits.
  4. Pour your granola onto a baking sheet and cook at 300 degrees for 40 minutes.  Rotate the granola after 15 minutes to make sure it cooks evenly.
