This green sundae is topped with Bailey's flavored whipped cream, perfect for St. Patrick's Day, or any day really!
Bailey’s whipped cream adds a grown-up, St Patrick’s Day touch to this classic sundae. I make a version of this all year round!
- Make the boozy Bailey’s whipped cream by combining heavy cream and Bailey’s in a stand mixer or with a hand blender. Beat on medium to high speed for about 2 minutes until it reaches your desired consistency.
- For the sundae just layer on your favorite toppings. Break up some brownie pieces in the bottom of the sundae glass, add a scoop of mint chip ice cream and crushed up chocolate cookie (anything crunchy would work like chocolate chips or nuts), top with the fresh whipped cream. Repeat the layers and then top with fresh mint or any other toppings you have on hand.
